Another wacky wine from Pablo Fallabrino in Uraguay. His counter-culture, low intervention wine making style is well represented in this wine, an aromatic Traminer style orange. It's floral and vibrant on the nose, yet grippy' with daily punch downs on skins for a week. This is almost savoury on the pallet and unfined and unfiltered. This is one for natural and orange wine lovers for sure but certainly out there!
