Knowledge and service forms the epicentre of the service at the wine shop, bar & café. This allows us to truly understand the benefits of organic, biodynamic and low intervention farming methods. How they can help us, the earth, and what is important to us individually.

Daytime...
The Cafe serves up a kickass Diogenes the Dog 100% Guatemalan Roast, its an old-school dark and nutty style that drinks phenomenally black as well as with alternative milks.Organic Pastries and hand piped cannolo are a must.
Brunch is served till 5pm, Oysters, truffled eggs, spiced chorizo, cucumber cured salmon and morcilla are best served with a carafe of something bubbly in the afternoon!
Aspen & Meursault wines are available at the shop to take out at any time of day, and sold at reduced retail prices.
Afternoon and Evening...
The wine bar is a cosy and intimate space, where the majority of wines are available by the glass, with a list comprised of low intervention wines which prove that natural wines don't have to be funky. An accessible list of classics with more than a few curveballs thrown in to truly really make it a night to remember.
The food menu follows suit with all sorts of wine associated treats to accompany, from Boozy cheeseboards, to South London cured meats, Baked Normandy camembert, rich morcilla, and more!

Our private snug seats 6 - 14 people and could be the perfect wine centric gathering for friends, family, and colleagues. We can accommodate parties of up to 100 for receptions, birthdays and corporate events.

Brunch
Brunch is served from Fri - Sunday till 5pm.
In true natural aspen style the menu is based on seasonality and features twists on much loves classics such as Catalan Breakfasts served with grilled Chorizo, morcilla, & truffled eggs.
The Bakery + Grocery
We open early from Thursday to Sunday for pastries, freshly piped cannolo and our very own coffee roast.
Our deli offers organic bread, boozy cheeses, raw honey, and more...
Early afternoon oysters at aspen
From Fri - Sun we're serving up oysters at just £2 each before 4pm.
Our oysters are fresh, seasonal and on a weekly rotation. An amazing array of rocks and natives so booking is advised early, when they're out, they're out till the following week
Natural House Wines
Harvest 2 & 3 are the first release of our very own Diogenes made wines. using biodynamic Puglian grapes , no sulphites added, nor fining.
They're everyday sippers, and if you bring a 750ml bottle, just £10 for a top up!
