A big, complex and insanely popular orange and somewhat of a natural wine lovers dream!
This Vidal is Certified Organic and Biodynamic, no mean feat in Canada where conditions are tough, however through use of hybrid grapes such as vidal, requirements for chemical manipulations are much lower. This orange is 30 days on skins, funky but still pretty clean, and properly grippy!
Sulphites are a natural biproduct of fermentation. As a fermented product, this wine contains sulphites.
