Returns
Due to the nature of the products sold, we are unable to accept returns of opened bottles or perishable goods unless the item is faulty.
For unopened items, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery before returning any products.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 working days after the returned items have been received and checked.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure someone over 18 is available to receive alcohol deliveries where required. If a delivery is unsuccessful due to failed age verification or incorrect delivery information, additional delivery charges may apply.
