Sourced from their Churchside Vineyard. Whole cluster pressed,

then barrel fermented and aged in French oak for 16 months.

The wine has undergone full malolactic fermentation.

The finish is complex, revealing layers of fruit, spice, and barrel tones.

Bright acidity carries through to a long, persistent finish with a wonderful creamy & buttery body.
