Directly imported from 5th generation winemakers Famille Descombe, now run by son and daughter Kevin and Carole.

Their Beaujolais vineyards are being farmed regeneratively and are also through the 1st year of organic conversion.

This Chardonnay has had a few days macerating on skins before fermentation - this has lent plenty of colour and structure to the wine, but without alcohol during skin contact, luttle tannins are extracted - making for a decidedly low in tannin orange wine with very floral and fruit forward tasting notes.
