The Rolle was partly matured in glass globes and partly in Xavier's own Vinarium®, while the Viognier was macerated for 1 year on skins in glass globes.

Despite the significant skin contact, the finished wine is a very easy drinking, aromatic orange with apricot, stone fruit aromas and delicate nutty notes.
