From Hollow Wines, an orange wine with 5 days of skin contact. Each variety fermented separately in amphora with native yeasts. The wines then rest in neutral barrels under malolactic fermentation. After 11 months, they’re blended and bottled with minimal sulfur. Fresh notes of lemonade, delicately funky, and ever so slightly buttery.
Sulphites are a natural biproduct of fermentation. As a fermented product, this wine contains sulphites.
