From Xige Estate in Ningxia's Helan Mountain foothills, Jade Dove Red is crafted from hand-harvested Cabernet Sauvignon with a touch of Merlot.
Aged 6 months in French oak, it gains subtle spice and roundness while preserving vibrant fruit. Soft red fruit and dark cherry, fine tannins and fresh acidity followed by a smooth finish.
Sulphites are a natural biproduct of fermentation. As a fermented product, this wine contains sulphites.
