Produced in the historic DOQ wine region of Priorat, Spain, then aged under the sea, uniquely ageing the wine, creating living spaces for sea life, & reducing sea bed erosion.

High pressure & constant movement ages aspects of the wine significantly, leaving it with young fruity notes BUT very aged smooth tannins - this is an unusual combination that isn't possible with normal bottle ageing.
