Quinta do Piloto is owned by the Cardoso family, one of the oldest families in Palmela, with a connection to wines dating back to the beginning of the last century.
Made with sustainable techniques, this full bodied fortified sweet wine is fermented and aged in Argelian Concrete Anfora rather than wood barrels, making for a slightly more delicate style than usual with excellent balance between sweetness and acidity.
Sulphites are a natural biproduct of fermentation. As a fermented product, this wine contains sulphites.
