This wine comes from a single pago - meaning the grapes in the wine can be be traced back to the soils in which they were grown, this is extremely rare in the world of Sherry and Manzanilla.
This wine was fermented under a natural layer of flor yeast, but very subtly so and you can still feel the fruit from the base wine.
A bone dry and complex, yet subtle, style of wine. Not for the faint-hearted, but a must try for sherry lovers!
