Dirk Niepoort started a project to make Cool Natural wines, which are fresh and very drinkable, hence they come in a one litre bottle. They have to be free from chemicals, low sulphur and fun. A true Ruby and fruit forward and superb with cheese!
Sulphites are a natural biproduct of fermentation. As a fermented product, this wine contains sulphites.
