This is a big and bold Bordeaux, from Montagne St-Émilion, the largest of the "satellites" of the St-Émilion appellation.
At a glance, very traditional, but it is anything but - Piliers de Maison Blanche are farming as natural as it comes, with the highest levels of organic and biodynamic farming, using natural bovine compost to fertilise their soils.
Sulphites are a natural biproduct of fermentation. As a fermented product, this wine contains sulphites.
