A real find of a red Burgundy, giving far more than you'd expect from the price tag. Red fruit and berry on the nose, subtle vanilla and oak to follow, great tannic grip, mellow with hints of oxidative charecteristics due to the age. A banger of a Burgundy.

From the prestigious region of Côte de Beaune (Southern Côte d'Or), a blend taken from two Premier Cru vineyards in the village of Auxey-Duresses.
They follow biodynamic farming principles, no use of chemical herbicides & careful companion planting.
Hand sorted, destemmed grapes are spontaneously fermented, then aged in French Oak for 18 months.
