This Barolo is a classic addition to our list, made from Organic farmed Nebbiolo grapes, from 11 Langhe villages south of Alba.Hand-harvested in October, the grapes undergo careful vinification and 24 months’ ageing in French oak (15% new) for 24 months.
Wonderful grippy tannins typical of the Nebbiolo grape variety, with aromatic floral aromas, all balanced with delicate red fruit notes and great acidity.
Sulphites are a natural biproduct of fermentation. As a fermented product, this wine contains sulphites.
