This gorgeous light, yet oh so complex wine has all the classic marks of Chablis, with delicate stone fruit notes and distinct minerality.
Frédéric and Céline Gueguen have a main goal to preserve their soil, meaning no chemical fertilisers, nor herbicides. Since 2015 they have only produced using organic practices, and began full conversion to organic in 2019, to which they are now certified.
Sulphites are a natural biproduct of fermentation. As a fermented product, this wine contains sulphites.
