A brilliantly made dessert wine from counter-culture producer, Pablo Fallabrino.

Using the 'national grape of Uruguay', Tannat, a deep coloured red grape with often intense tannins - here though made into a voluptuous sweet wine with a sliky smooth finish and a thick syrupy mouth feel!

The wine combines techniques of  Barolo chinato and Marsala wines to produce an utterly unique final product, aromatised with a mixture of herbs and roots during production.

A must for lovers of well made sweet wines with it's rich honeyed, vanilla and cacao notes.
