In the cellar, barrels are arranged in the ancient Spanish solera system.
Staying true to the traditions of special wine production, the Sherry undergoes a meticulous fortification process. After fermentation, the wine is carefully separated from the yeast sediment, processed, and blended with wine material aged for at least one year. It is then fortified using premium-quality wheat alcohol.
Sulphites are a natural biproduct of fermentation. As a fermented product, this wine contains sulphites.
