This is an epic natural ice cider from award winning orchards in South Moravia. ero sulphites and no spray farming. Its complex, with fresh acidity and well balanced sugars. Pear and apple pie linger in the back plate, sliced through nicely by tarter green apple acidity. A wonder of a wine for all those ice wine lovers.
