A sparkling red pet-nat made from Nebbiolo! This is a limited edition run of an incredibly unique Uruguayan wonder. It's fresh and crisp, with bright red fruit, yet unusually grippy tannins. Pablo Fallabrino uses no pesticides and no-till farming methods in the production of this wine to bring a natural and unique little sparkling gem.
