We import the Ego range of wines direct from La Bodega de las Estrellas (Winery of the Stars), being the first vineyard in their region to start farming organically, back in the 1980's. The vineyard sits 700m above sea level, and housed underneath the winery, in 9 metre deep cellars, these wines are aged in massive 3000 litre amphoras!

This rose Pet Nat is made with an ancient strain of Cencibel, native to this organic farm.

It's a complex, elegantly funky sparkling gem, with a great long finish!
