Founded in 1940, Baglio Inca is a family-owned winery in Marsala, Sicily, with vineyards at 400m altitude between Palermo and Trapani. Cover crops of legumes enrich the soils naturally. Fermented with natural yeasts, then refrigerated and filtered for stability.
Fresh and expressive, this Grillo shows bright Sicilian character - ripe citrus and a crisp, mineral finish.
